The Playfair group has employees from all types of educations and experiences; there is no mould you need to fit, as I think you can tell from my own professional background.
I’m originally from England but traveled out to Australia with a friend, as an eighteen-year-old fresh out of high school. The initial plan was to travel through Australia and enjoy the sites and surf before returning to the UK; but after 7 years i was still choosing the Aussie sun over the English clouds. In January of 2010 we decided it was time to test ourselves in one of the biggest markets in the world, the United States of America.
My career began as a sales representative. From this position I looked to the future and took every opportunity to increase my level of training and responsibility. Over a 13-month period I learnt the ins and outs of the sales and marketing industry, giving me the skills I needed to establish what is Playfair Enterprises today.
Playfair Enterprises’ first office opened in January 2005, then it all began! From my first little office on George Street in Sydney’s CBD I started representing one of Australia’s largest energy retailers, and since then I haven’t stopped.
After 6 months at George Street I moved onto bigger things and a bigger office, opening my first location in Bondi.
It the first 3 years of trading Playfair Enterprises has turned over in millions of dollars for our clients and continues to grow from strength to strength.
Playfair Enterprises is currently trading from our New York HQ, with offices in also Melbourne, Sydney, Brisbane, Christchurch & Wellington (New Zealand).
We currently have over 100 fully trained sales proffessionals accross Austrlia and New Zealand and are very excited about the prospects and opportunities that lye ahead of us in the States. We have some fantastic clients on board already and the future looks very bright.
